Pursuant to Rule 11.15 MEMX Equities, on its own motion, in conjunction with other exchanges and FINRA has determined to cancel all trades in security BIYA, Baiya International Group Inc., at and above $3.05 that were executed on MEMX Equities between 08:20:00 - 08:23:00 AM ET. This decision cannot be appealed. MEMX Equities will be canceling trades on the participants behalf.
