MEMX experienced two momentary external network outages impacting the Exchange’s connection to the CTA SIP on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. The first event occurred from 14:25:01 ET through 14:25:13 ET, during which time CTA quote reporting was delayed and 683 trades were marked late when reported at approximately 14:26 ET. The second event occurred from 15:03:35 ET through 15:04:07 ET, during which CTA quote reporting was delayed and 807 trades were marked late when reported at approximately 15:05 ET.

All MEMX systems are currently operating normally.
