MX2 Options experienced an issue with Risk Port and Drop Port configuration on September 21, 2026. MX2 Options customers experienced a disconnection from both Risk Ports and Drop Ports. Customers were able to reconnect at the sequence number last seen when the disconnection was resolved.

The root cause of the issue was a software configuration error in MX2 Options Risk Ports and Drop Ports. The error was corrected intraday and the issue is fully resolved.
